Simply dope. This setting hit all the right cyberpunk notes for me.

I’ve always wanted to GM a Cyberpunk setting but the rules have always gotten in the way. The ICRPG rules made it possible, but it needed a supplement and Altered Stated was just the ticket. Even better it fast forwards players into the “far” future with setting ideas that literally kill. And the little extra touches like surge capsules and vehicles rock.
